Development of the Elimination Planning Tool to support sustainable investment in cervical cancer control
Development of the Elimination Planning Tool to support sustainable investment in cervical cancer control
Description
The Elimination Planning Tool (EPT) is currently under development by the Daffodil Centre and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), with support from Cancer Research UK. The tool will be used to explore strategies to reinforce the global trajectory towards cervical cancer elimination. Advocates, implementers and decision makers will also be able to use the tool to access modelling results, visualisations and policy briefs (which synthesizes key scenarios and outputs for a country).
The tool is currently in the final stages of development, with only minor bug fixes remaining. We are currently working with a few exemplar countries as part of the testing phase, and the tool will be available for public use soon.
